SUMMARY STATEMENT,•
The Combined Treatment Services department has applied for and received grant amendment
approval from the State DSHS for-'the child enhancement program. The grant monies were not--.,-:
included ar anticipated in the 1990 budget and the county must provide for these pass
through grant monies. 'This ordinance addresses that need.

REVISION TO THE 1990
COMBINED TREATMENT SERVICES FUND
APPROPRIATION FOR CHILD ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Combined Treatment Services administration has applied for
and received grant amendment approval from the State Department of Social and
Health Services for the child enhancement program; and
WHEREAS, these grant monies were not anticipated in the 1990 budget; and
WHEREAS, the County must provide for these pass through grant programs;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the Whatcom County Council hereby revises
the 1990 Combined Treatment Services Fund budget plan as follows:
