SUMMARY STATEMENT•
Prices charged for the Code have not changed since 1980. This ordinance sets new, more realistic prices,.
and also makes the Council Office staff reponsible for distribution of the Code updates. In the past, the
Council Office has prepared necessary documents for codification, paid for the updates, and then turned
the job of distribution over to the Executive's Office. Particularly with our location at 1000 N. Forest
Street, this scheme would no longer be workable. -
The Executive Office staff has reviewed the proposed ordinance and concurs.
