ORDINANCE NO. 90 -114
REVISION TO THE 1990
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, NON- DEPARTMENTAL
APPROPRIATION FOR THE BOUNDARY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Boundary Review Board has had over thirty (30) applications
filed this year, which is at least twice the average in previous years; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the County to fully fund the Board in its
required activities;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the Whatcom County Council hereby revises
the 1990 Current Expense Fund, Non - Departmental budget plan for the Boundary
Review Board as follows:
RESOURCES:
00120 - 291.80.00.0000 Estimated Ending Fund Balance $1,594
BUDGET PLAN REVISION(S):
00452 - 558.62.41.0000 Professional Services $1,594
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that ordinance 89 -105 is hereby amended by adding
$1,594 to the 1990 Current Expense Fund, Non - Departmental appropriation for
Boundary Review Board.
