AMENDMENT TO EXHIBIT A
OF ORDINANCE 89 -24, ESTABLISHING
1991 FEES FOR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the 1991 Health Department budget is predicated on an increase
of 7% for many environmental health fees and the addition of new fees; and
WHEREAS, these proposed fees are necessary for the efficient and effective
functioning of the Health Department;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the Whatcom County Council hereby amends
exhibit A of Ordinance 89 -24, SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES, by adopting the
attached fee schedule for Environmental Health.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED this schedule of fees becomes effective January 1st,
1991.
ADOPTED this 20th day of November , 1990.
