SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Trillium Corporation has requested. "No Parking" and regulatory signs on
public streets within Cordata P.U.D. and on'all Cordata arterials in the
overall transportation system, including Kellogg, Stuart and Horton Roads.

ORDINANCE NO. 90 -104
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE MATTER OF
ESTABLISHING PARKING CONTROL ON
KELLOGG, STUART AND HORTON ROADS
WHEREAS, The Whatcom County Council is authorized under RCW 46.61.570 to
restrict parking on certain County roads; and
WHEREAS, "Changes to the Conditions Recommended by the Hearing Examiner to
Cordata P.U.D." were approved on June 16, 1986; and
WHEREAS, included were "Protective Covenants" which restricts parking on
any streets; and
WHEREAS, the Trillium Corporation has requested that "No Parking" signs be
installed on public streets within Cordata P.U.D. and on all Cordata arterials
that are a part of the overall transportation system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that a No Parking Anytime zone be
established on Kellogg Road between Allans Road and June Road, and Stuart Road
from June Road to 400 -feet east of Cordata Parkway and Horton Road from
S.R. 539 westerly to the west boundary of the Cordata P.U.D. in Sections
12 and 1. Township 38 North, Range 2 East, W.M.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the County Engineer is hereby directed to post
the appropriate signs and that the Whatcom County Sheriff and the Washington
State Patrol be notified by a copy of this ordinance.
Provisions of this ordinance are hereby added to Whatcom County Code
Section 10.16.
