SUMMARY STATEMENT.•
Property improvements at the Fair have come in over budget and the Fair Board wishes to
make a -payment of an additional - amount for a previous property purchase. This ordinance
will put the-money in the Fair Fund -so this can happen.

ORDINANCE NO. 90-101
REVISION TO THE 1990
N.W. WASHINGTON FAIR FUND
APPROPRIATION FOR UNANTICIPATED
PROPERTY PAYMENT, AND CAPITAL COSTS
WHEREAS, the Northwest Washington Fair Board has determined that the Fair's
cash flow allows payment of an additional amount for a previous property
purchase; and
WHEREAS, property improvements planned for 1990 have come in over budget;
and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined the additional amounts are available from
the Northwest Washington Fair Fund balance:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the Whatcom County Council hereby revises
the 1990 Northwest Washington Fair Fund budget plan as follows:
RESOURCES:
11200 - 291.80.00.0000 Estimated Ending Fund Balance $ 62,000
BUDGET PLAN REVISION(S):
11202 - 594.73.61.0000 Land payments $ 37,000
11202 - 594.73.62.0000 Buildings and structures 15,000
11202 - 594.73.64.0000 Machinery and equipment 10,000
Total enhancements $ 62,000
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that ordinance 89 -105 is hereby amended by adding
$62,000 in appropriation authority to the 1990 Northwest Washington Fair Fund.
