ORDINANCE NO. 90 -99
REVISION TO THE 1990 CURRENT
EXPENSE FUND, HEARING EXAMINER'S
APPROPRIATION THEREIN FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Hearing Examiner has requested a supplemental appropriation
to replenish the professional services line item; and
WHEREAS, this office reports to the Council for its activities; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate this office forward the request to the Council
for their consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the Whatcom County Council hereby revises
the Current Expense Fund, Hearing Examiner's budget plan therein as follows:
RESOURCES:
00120 - 291.80.00.0000 Estimated Ending Fund Balance $ 244
BUDGET PLAN REVISION(S):
00160 - 558.60.41.0000 Professional Services $ 244
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that ordinance 89 -105 is hereby amended by adding
$ 244 in appropriation authority to the Current Expense Fund, Hearing Examiner's
budget therein.
ADOPTED this 9th day of October , 1990.
