SUMMARY STATEMENT.•
One position (locate specialist) has authorized at full time, and the 1990 budget
been autho
only authorized a part time position. The state has also authorized the purchase
miscellaneous computer equipment. .Funding'is provided from the State to handle these
needs, and this-ordinance allocates the money appropriately.

REVISION TO THE 1990
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, PROSECUTING
ATTORNEY'S APPROPRIATION THEREIN
FOR THE STATE SUPPORTED NON-
SUPPORT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the 1990 Non - Support contract with the State includes
reimbursement authority in excess of the amount anticipated; and
WHEREAS, the position of Locate Specialist has been authorized at full time
and the 1990 budget authorized a part time position; and
WHEREAS, the State authorized purchase of miscellaneous computer equipment;
and
WHEREAS, the County must budget for State grant funding;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the Whatcom County Council hereby revises
the 1990 Current Expense Fund, Prosecuting Attorney's budget plan therein as
follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that ordinance 89 -105 is hereby amended by adding
$20,546 in appropriation authority to the 1990 Current Expense Fund, Prosecuting
Attorney's budget therein.
ADOPTED this 7th day of August 1990.
