SUMMARY STATEMENT.•
The cost of doing the evaluations has increased and been expanded in scope. This ordinance
will allow the county to-recoup the fair cost of conducting the evaluations.

ORDINANCE NO.90 -84
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE
FEES FOR ALCOHOL/DRUG EVALUATI
WHEREAS, we have added services for which we must pay a fee; (urinalysis)
WHEREAS, other costs of performing the evaluation have increased;
WHEREAS, the current fee is $97.50;
WHEREAS, it is important that the County set fees that generally recoup the cost of
conducting the program or activity; -
WHEREAS, we have reviewed the proposed fee increase with the Judicial System and it meets
their approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the fee charged by the Combined Treatment Services Department
for alcohol /drug evaluations is hereby raised to $120.00 per evaluation.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance 89 -04 is hereby repealed.
