This ordinance moves money from the ending fund balance to the Current Expense Fund
to cover extra charges by the State Examiner, continuation of regional mental health
staff positions, and allocation of money for the move of Developmental Disabilities.

REVISION TO THE 1990
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, NON -
DEPARTMENTAL APPROPRIATION THEREIN
FOR MISCELLANEOUS PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the State Examiner Audit for 1990 required more time than
originally anticipated and the billing invoices exceed the available
appropriation; and
WHEREAS, the pending move of the Developmental Disabilities Department out
of the Public Health building requires appropriation not anticipated in the 1990
budget; and
WHEREAS, the extension of the North Sound Regional Support Network staff
Positions, not covered by state grant monies requires additional support;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the Whatcom County Council hereby revises
the 1990 Current Expense Fund, Non - Departmental budget plan therein as follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that ordinance 89 -105 is hereby amended by adding
$21,700 in appropriation authority to the 1990 Current Expense Fund, Non -
Departmental budget therein.
