SUMMARY STATEMENT.•
.The emergency management office needed some remodelling for more efficient
functioning, and there have also been some overtime expenses. There is sufficient
ending fund balance to- accomplish these two tasks, and this ordinance is to handle
the budget revision.

ORDINANCE NO. 90 -71
REVISION TO THE 1990 EMERGENCY
MANAGEMENT FUND APPROPRIATION
FOR REMODEL AND OVERTIME
WHEREAS, the 1990 budget for the Emergency Management Fund did not
anticipate the need to remodel its facility; and
WHEREAS, an unanticipated need for overtime authority has developed; and
WHEREAS, there is sufficient fund balance to carry out these requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the Whatcom County Council hereby revises
the 1990 Emergency Management Fund budget plan as follows:
RESOURCES:
16700 - 291.80.00.0000 Est. Ending Fund Balance $3,000
BUDGET PLAN REVISION(S):
16700.525.10.12.0000 Overtime $1,000
16703.594.25.62.0000 Building and Structures 2,000
Total Enhancements $3,000
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that ordinance 89 -105 is hereby amended by adding
03,900 iii authority to tho 1000 Emoroondy Management rued.
