SUMMARY STATEMENT. -
The South Fork Valley Citizens submitted a petition for a moritorium on
various developments in this area until the Comprehensive Land Use Plan
that is being developed now is completed. They feel that until this Plan
is implemented, the South Fork area is vulnerable to developers and feel
that the situation requires the protection of a moratorium on short platting,
long platting, multi - family dwellings and major development permits for the
period of time it takes to complete the Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
