ORDINANCE 89 -104, ESTABLISHING
FEES FOR HEALTH DEPARTMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Public Health Department charges fees for immunizations and
other services; and
WHEREAS, the Health Officer
has requested establishment of new fees and
an increase in existing fees;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the Whatcom County Council
hereby amends
exhibit A of Ordinance 89 -24, as amended, as follows:
