SUBJEC' Amend Whatcom County Code 2.55.010 to provide for bonding employees in
Combined Treatment Services

SUMMARY STATEMENT. Public officials to be bonded are identified as to title
and amount in Whatcom County Code 2.55.010. It has been
pointed out that -the Director and employees in Combined
Treatment Services handle County monies and should be
bonded. This Ordinance will add them to the list.
RECOMMENDED ACTION. Adoption.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING WHATCOM COUNTY

CODE 2.55.010

WHEREAS, Whatcom County Code 2.55.010 has established
9
the bonds for public officials
according to the attached list;
and,

WHEREAS, it is necessary to bond the Director of
11
Combined Treatment Services
and four employes in that
department; and,
12
WHEREAS, the Director
of Combined Treatment Services
13
and four department employees
handle County finances as well
as County finances through grants
and other finances that come
14
into that department.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that:
