SUMMARY STATEMENT.' A number of functional needs, both in staffing, supplies and
equipment have changed in the Public.Health operation since
adoption of the 1990 Budget. -This supplement budget will
revise expenditures and revenues to acknowledge thos changes.

ORDINANCE NO. 90 -59
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE
1990 PUBLIC HEALTH FUND APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, a number of programmatic changes have occured in the Health
Department's activities since the adoption of the 1990 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Health Board Advisory Committee has reviewed and approved the
changes; and
WHEREAS, these changes require a supplemental appropriation to complete
1990;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the Whatcom County Council hereby amends
ordinance 90 -105 by adding $129,403 in appropriation authority to the 1990 Public
Health Fund.
