SUMMARY STATEMENT.•
It is necessary to revise 1990 ER&R Fund Budget to increase appropriation authority
by $140,000.00 for purchase of property at 448 West Holly Street.

8 AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1990 EQUIPMENT
9 RENTAL & REVOLVING FUND BUDGET

11 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council passed a motion authorizing Public
12 Works Administration to purchase property at 448 West Holly Street for the appraised
13 value of $125;000.00 plus closing costs of $10,000.00 and estimated. due diligence costs
14 of $5,000.00, and
15
16 WHEREAS, the purchase is to be made from the Equipment Rental & Revolving
17 Fund; and

19 WHEREAS, the Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund did not plan for this
20 appropriation in its 1990 budget,

22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT ORDAINED that the Equipment Rental & Revolving
23 Fund Budget is increased as follows:

31 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance No. 89 -105 is hereby revised by
32 increasing the appropriation authority of the Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund
