Ordinance or Resolution Number: 90 -47 1 2 3 4 5 6 ORDINANCE NO. 90 -47 INTRODUCED BY: Consent PROPOSED BY: Public Wks DATE: 5-8-90. 7 8 AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1990 EQUIPMENT 9 RENTAL & REVOLVING FUND BUDGET 10 11 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council passed a motion authorizing Public 12 Works Administration to purchase property at 448 West Holly Street for the appraised 13 value of $125;000.00 plus closing costs of $10,000.00 and estimated. due diligence costs 14 of $5,000.00, and 15 16 WHEREAS, the purchase is to be made from the Equipment Rental & Revolving 17 Fund; and 18 19 WHEREAS, the Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund did not plan for this 20 appropriation in its 1990 budget, 21 22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE.
