SUMMARY STATEMENT-
An Ordinance to increase the REET Budget $30,950 to:
1). Pay additional costs to complete the Comprehensive Flood Control Management Plan.
2) Participate jointly with PUD in Water Study of industrial areas at Cherry Point.
3) Reimburse Chemco for $4,150 for design costs of Kickerville water line.
4) Approve appropriation to close Water Sewer Comprehensive Plan.

AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1990 REAL ESTATE
EXCISE TAX CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, upon the sale of the Kickerville Water Line to the Public Utility
District, the County will need to reimburse Chemco Inc. for system design costs in the
amount of $4,150; and
WHEREAS, the County wishes to participate jointly with the Public Utility District
to fund a study to supply water to three industrial areas, Cherry Point, Grandview and
Gateway. The County's fifty percent share of the study' estimated to cost is $15,000; and
WHEREAS, the completion of the Comprehensive Flood Control Management
Plan will require an additional $9,500 of local funds for consulting services, printing and
supplies; and
WHEREAS, an additional $2,300 in appropriation authority is needed to close the
consultant contract for the Water Sewer comprehensive Plan;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the 1989 Real Estate Excise Tax Capital
Improvement Fund budget therein is hereby revised as follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED THAT Ordinance No. 89 -105 is hereby revised by
increasing the appropriation authority of the Real Estate Excise Tax Capital
Improvement Fund $30,950.
