SUMMARY STATEMENT•
The Park and Recreation Department requested additional areas be added to the
original areas listed; this was omitted in the initial ordinance.
This ordinance corrects the oversight.

5 AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90 -4, INCREASING
6 THE AREA OF THE NO- SHOOTING ZONE
7 WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Department requested additional areas
8 be added to the No- Shooting Zone in the Samish Way, Yew Street and Galbraith
9 areas;
10 WHEREAS, they were omitted from Ordinance no. 90 -4;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council
12 that Whatcom County Code 9.32.19 shall be amended to include the following area:
13 That portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
14 Section 14, Township 37 N., Range 3 E. W.M.
15 Also, that portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
16 Section 15, Township 37 N., Range 3 E. W.M. lying Northeasterly of
17 Samish Way, on unnumbered County Road.
