SUMMARY STATEMENT•
The 1990 County Parks and Recreation Fund appropriation can receive over $4,000 as reimburse-
ment from the Department of Wildlife for flood damage to the Tennant Lake Interpretative
Center if the Council will authorize receipt of this additional appropriation authority.
This money will e&able Parks to carry out the repairs at the Center.

REVISION TO THE 1990 PARKS
AND RECREATION FUND APPROPRIATION
FOR STATE REIMBURSEMENT FOR FLOOD DAMAGE
WHEREAS, the 1990 County Parks and Recreation Fund appropriation did not
anticipate the reimbursement from the Department of Wildlife for flood damage
to the Tenant Lake Interpretive Center; and
WHEREAS, it is in the County's interest to receive the reimbursement funds
and provide additional appropriation authority to carry out the repairs to the
Center;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the Whatcom County Council hereby authorizes
the revision to the 1990 Parks and Recreation Fund budget plan as follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that ordinance 89 -105 is hereby amended by adding
$4,039 in appropriation authority to the 1990 Parks and Recreation Fund.
