The money was received by Parks for the sale of the present facility. RECOMMENDED ACTION.- Approval. Ordinance or Resolution Number 0 90 -14 1 P106290.sup INTRODUCED BY: Consent PROPOSED BY: Executive ORDINANCE NO. 90 -14 REVISION TO THE 1990 PARKS AND RECREATION FUND APPROPRIATION FOR PASS THROUGH CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION DATE: February 6, 1990 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Park and Recreation Board has received $3,000 from the sale of the Sumas Senior Center facility; and WHEREAS, this money will be transferred to the City of Sumas to be used for the construction of the new Senior Center facility; and WHEREAS, the County must appropriate these pass through funds in order to allow for the transfer to the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 1990 budget plan for the County Parks and Recreation Fund is hereby revised as follows: Resources: 10600 - 395.10.00.0000 Smith & Rosellini Trust $3,000 Budget Plan Enhancement: 10610 - 594.73.62.0000 Improvements to Bldgs. & Structures $3,000 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, ordinance 89 -105 is hereby amended by adding $3,000 in appropriation authority to the 1990 Parks and Recreation Fund.
