'rhe County Council is authorized to establish parking control on certain
County Roads. An Engineering review was conducted by the Engineer's
office and determined that a "No Parking Loading Zone" should be
established on South Beach Way.

ORDINANCE NO. 93 -085
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE MATTER OF
ESTABLISHING PARKING CONTROL ON SOUTH BEACH WAY
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council is authorized under RCW 46.61.570
to restrict parking on certain County roads; and
WHEREAS, referenced in Resolution 84 -55, that the road right -of way shall
not be blocked in any way; and
WHEREAS, a review was conducted by the Whatcom County Engineer's office
and determined that a "No Parking, Loading Zone" should be established on South
Beach Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that a No Parking Loading Zone
be established on South Beach Way west of Sucia Drive, Section 5, Township 38
North, Range 1 East, W.M.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the County Engineer is hereby directed
to post the appropriate signs and that the Whatcom County Sheriff and the
Washington State Patrol be notified by a copy of this ordinance.
Provisions of this ordinance are hereby added to Whatcom County Code
Section 10.24
