Supplemental Budget Ordinance No. 13 appropriates new Health Department grant revenue from the City of
E. ngham for watershed surveys and septic tank education. An agenda bill regarding the Interlocal Agreement
authorizing the septic system survey and maintenance education program has been submitted in conjunction with
this ordinance. Please refer to it for further information regarding the grant.

ORDINANCE NO. 93 -060
AMENDMENT NO. 13 TO THE 1993 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 1993 budget was approved November, .1992; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 1993
budget; and,
WHEREAS, those modifications have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that
the 1993 Whatcom County budget ordinance 92 -89 is hereby amended by adding the
following amounts to the departments included therein:
Current Expense
Total Current Expense 0.00
Other Funds
Health Fund 38,373.00
Total Other Funds 38 373.00
Total Supplemental 38 373.00
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that ordinance 92 -89, exhibit C, is amended to
reflect the additional authorized positions in the Health Department.
