Supplemental Budget Ordinance No. 10 appropriates REET fund balance to connect the Northwest Annex to
th Road Transmission Main and to provide funding for Whatcom County's investment in the Smith Road
iiansmission Main per Water Service Agreement North Bellingham Service Area between Whatcom County
and Public Utility District #1 dated October 22, 1991. Also included is a supplemental amount to allow
completion of the courthouse construction project and an additional Puget Power funded upgrade for the lighting
for the Northwest Annex remodel. The Courthouse Construction amounts have been held in the Executive
Office for processing at this time.

ORDINANCE NO. 93 -041
AMENDMENT NO. 10 TO THE 1993 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 1993 budget was approved November, 1992; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 1993
budget; and,
WHEREAS, those modifications have'been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that
the 1993 Whatcom County budget ordinance 92 -89 is hereby amended by adding the
following amounts to the departments included therein:
