ORDINANCE NO. 93-017
ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 93 -004
AMENDING PATHS AND TRAILS BUDGET
WHEREAS, this ordinance was passed with procedural difficulties which were
later pointed out to the Council; and
WHEREAS, the intent of this ordinance has been resolved in a different manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that
Ordinance 93 -004 is repealed.
ADOPTED this 13th day of April , 1993.
