ORDINANCE NO. 94 -070
Setting the Whatcom County Health Department's
Monthly Petty Cash Allowance
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Health Department needs a supply of petty
cash in order to run its cash registers for various clinics, including flu and well child; and,
WHEREAS, previous amounts set for petty cash are no longer sufficient to meet
the cash needs of an increased number of cash registers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that
the County Health Department's monthly petty cash allowance is set at $1,000.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that all previous ordinances setting Health
Department petty cash amounts are hereby repealed, including but not limited to
Ordinance 91 -086.
ADOPTED this 22nd day of Nov. , 1994.
