IN THE MATTER OF INC'PF -SIMG TFE FILING FFES
PAID TO THE .LAW .LIBP-ARY FPOr^. $7.00 to 59.00
WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Whatcom County Superior Court
currently pays $7.00 from each Superior Court filing fee to the
Law Library; and
WHEPEAS, Chapter. 126, Regular Session of the 1979 Le^i..s-
lative authorizes the increase of the fees raid to the I.,-aw Library
to $9.00; and
WHFRFAS, the Law Library Board has determined that add-
itional revenues are itiparative to the continued operation of
the Law Library,
NOW, TIIF7P.FiORF, BE IT PFcOLVT'D that the Count,I (-'ouncil
hereby resolves that the Superior Court Clerk shall transmit. S9.00
to the Law Library fund for each Superior Court Filing Fee.
THIS RESOLUTION shall take effect January 1, 1930.
