RLSOLBTION BYO. 79 -42
A RESDLDTION REGARDING THE FUNDING OF PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING,
RIGHT OF BAY COSTS AND CONSTRUCTIO14 FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF
BRIT'TON ROAD.
WHEUAS, F.A.S. funding has been requested for the following
project:
1) Britton road - M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.48
and,
WHUMAS, Whatcom County having complied, or hereby agreeing to
comply, with the terms and conditions set forth in (1) Title 239
D.S. Code, Highways, (2) the regulations issued pursuant thereto,
(3) the policies and procedures promulgated by the Department of
Highways and (4) the Federal -Aid Project agreement entered'into
between the State and Federal Government, relative to the above
named projects, and
WEERUS1, Whatcom County further stipulates that pursuant to said
Title 23, regul.ations,and policies and procedures, and as a
condition to payment of the Federal funds obligated, it accepts
and will comply with the applicable provisions not forth on State
Righway Forms 140 -039, 140 -039B and 140 -039C revised duly, 1975•
NOW, TM. 'ORES BE IT RESOLD that Whatcom County will'; abide by
the above conditions and will hereby carry out the above program
within FY-79 - FY -89 and FY -81.
