A RESOLUTION CANCELLING TWO UN-
CLAI14ED SALARY WARRANTS REIMBURSED
FROM BE'LLINGHAM AND WHATC011 COUNTY
RECREATION COMMISSION FUNDS; AND
DIRECTING TRANSFER OF SAID FUNDS
TO BELLINGHAM CITY TREASURER.
WHEREAS, County Warrants numbers, 19511 and 19556,
were issued in 1977 on the Salary Fund which was reimbursed from
the Bellingham and Whatcom County Recreation Commission Fund, and
neither warrant has been presented for payment within one year of
the date of their issue as required by Revised Code of Washington
Section 36.22.100; and

V.THEREAS, said warrants are described as follows:

Warrant No. 19556
Dated: August 5, 1977
Amount: $14.99
Vendor: Warren C. Huarston
WHEREAS, the control and operation of the property
and funds of the Bellingham and Whatcom County Recreation Com-
mission was transferred to the City of Bellingham on July 1, 1978;
and
WHEREAS, by Resolution of.the Board of Whatcom
County Commissioners, dated December 1.6, 1978, the Whatcom County
Treasurer was directed to transfer the balance of funds on hand
and future accruals of funds for the Whatcom County and Bellingham
Recreation Commission to the Treasurer of the City of Bellingham,
Resolution - 1.

and terminate the county funds; and
WHEREAS, the funds evidenced by the said two
stale Warrants belong to the Bellingham and Whatcom County
Recreation Commission Fund which has been transferred to the
Treasurer of the City of Bellingham.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Warrants No.
19511 and 19556 are cancelled pursuant to Revised Code of Wash-
ington 36.22.100, and the Whatcom County Auditor and Treasurer
are authorized and directed to transfer from the Salary Fund the
sum of $21.89 to the Treasurer of the City of Bellingham for
deposit to the Bellingham and Whatcom County Recreation Commis-
sion Fund.
