RESOLUTION NO. 7 9 -Q-1--
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ADOPTED 1979 WHATCOM COUNTY
ANNUAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, construction of Fir Tree Way was not included
in the adopted annual road program in accordance with
RCW 36.81.1309 and
WHEREAS, this project will be financed mainly by a defaulted
construction bond and donations and will not require amend-
ments to the final County Road Budget as adopted for the
calendar year of 1979,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1979 Whatcom County
Annual Transportation Improvement Program be amended to
include the construction of Fir Tree Way.
PASSED unanimously this 16th day of August , 1979.
