RESOLUTION NO. 79 -9
A RESOLUTION regarding the matter of
adoption of Whatcom County's Six -Year
Transportation Improvement Program.
WHEREAS, pursuant to R.C.W. 36.81.121, Whatcom County did prepare
a comprehensive road program for the ensuing six years, and
WHEREAS, on June 21 , 1979, a public hearing was held in the
offices of the County Council in the Whatcom County Courthouse,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Whatcom County's Six -Year
Transportation Improvement Program for the years 1980 through 1985
be, and is hereby, adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that.this Six -Year Transportation Improve-
ment Program be filed with the Director of Highways of the State of
Washington.
