"Jim" Hawley, Jr. Will Roehl MEMO TO: Assessor, Elections, Prosecuting Attorney, Law Library, Executive Office FROM: Shirley Van Zanten, Chairperson DATE: February 10, 1981 SUBJECT: Clerical error on Resolution no. 80 -75 It has been brought to my attention that there was a dis- crepancy between the legal description of Water District 17 as approved by the Boundary Review Board on September 4, .1980, and that of the County Council Resolution no. 80 -75 passed by the Council on December 18, 1980. The error was on the Council resolution, and involved the omission of language two paragraphs at the end of the le- gal description when the resolution was typed. As it is clearly a clerical error, no amending resolution is nec- essary. Please substitute the attached resolution for that that you have already placed on file. Thank you.
