A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PRICE FOR, AND AUTHORIZING
THE SALE OF THE WHATCOM COUNTY CODE BOOKS
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Code has been revised and recod-
ified; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make this code book available to
the departments within County government, and to the general public
as may be desired; and
WHEREAS, establishing a price for the sale of this book has
been studied and been based on the costs incurred in its publi-
cation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE WHATCOM COUNTY COUNCIL:
