RESOLUTION NO. 80_57
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
80 -41 PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE
SITE LOCATION FOR THE CENTRAL ROAD
DISTRICT SHOP.
The Whatcom County Council hereby resolves that Resolution No. 80 -41
I be amended as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that one county -wide shop be•establishe
consolidating the operations of the three road districts to be located at Smith
Road and Northwest Road, property owned by Whatcom County. Facility to be con-
structed along the easterly property line 950 feet south of East Smith Road,
1,100 feet north of Larson Road. Site consisting of 10 acres; 720 feet in length
and 605 feet in width. The northern portion of the 10 acres paralleling the
transmountain oil pipeline running east and west. Egress and ingress of propert}
via 30 foot easement on county property running south from Smith. Road to site
950 feet. Secondary egress and ingress to property running east to west from
Northwest Drive to site 1,150 feet,.plus or minus. Outside the gunfire fallout
limits of the Bellingham Gun Club.
