IN THE MATTER OF THE CANCELLATION OF
A WARRANT OVER ONE YEAR OLD IN ACCORD-
ANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF R.C.W.
36.22:100 RELATING TO THE CANCELLATION
OF G+IAR RANT S
WHEREAS, the Revised Code of Washington 36.22 provides that cancel -
lations of warrants leaves the funds as if such warrants had never
been drawn;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED the.-County Auditor and County Treasurer be
and they are hereby, directed to,cancel and strike frpm the records
of Whatcom County certain' warrants which, though called by the
County Treasurer for payment, have not been presented within a
period of one year from the date of their issuance.
