RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTION OF I1,1HATCOM
COUNTY'S SIX -YEAR COMPREHENSIVE .ROAD PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to R.C.W. 36.81.121, Whatcom County did
prepare a comprehensive road program for the ensuing six years;
and
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1980, a public hearing was held in the
Council Chambers, second floor of the Whatcom Countty Courthouse;
N0W,..THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLL0WS:
Section 1: Whatcom County's Comprehensive Six -Year Road
Program (SEE ATTACHED XH&T_ "A ") for the years 1981 through
1986 be, and is hereby adopted.
Section 2: This Six -Year Comprehensive Road Program shall
he filed with the Director of Highways of the State of 11,'ashington.
PASSED this 10th day of Jul 1980.
