5 A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF ISSUING
A REPLACEMENT WARRANT

7 WHEREAS, on January 22, 1976, the following warrant was ordered
8 cancelled by the Whatcom County Council:
#173 on Tax Refund Fund issued to U.S.
9 Briscoe, Jr., in the amount of $135.18;
10 WHEREAS, the above warrant has subsequently been presented for pay-
ment by U.S. Briscoe, Jr.,

12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
13 the County Auditor is hereby directed to issue a replacement war-
rant to U.S. Briscoe, Jr., in the amount of $135.18 on the Tax
Refund Fund in lieu of the warrant cancelled.
