Preamble: Whereas a hearing was hold on June S, 1930,

that proposition, and the Council is fully advised on
9 the matter;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, nE 1T RI SOLVED by the Whatcom County Council
11 that the Lynden Township Hall proporty, the logal description of
which is:

Tax 1.4, Section 21, Township 40, Range 3 East.

Beginning on Easterly line of Government. Lot I and the
14 Northerly line of County Road 028, thence westerly along
said road line 100 feet; thence North narallet to the
15 East line of Government Lot I to the Southerly li-ne of'
Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railway right-
16 of way; thence Easterly of said Railway right-of-wav
line to the East line of Government Lot 1; thence South
17' to the point of beginning.
