RESOLUTION NO. 80-31
SUPPLEMENTING RESOLUTION NO. 80 -9
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF ADDING AN
EXEMPT EMPLOYEE POSITION WITHIN THE
ASSESSOR'S DEPARTMENT TO BE ENTITLED
DEPUTY ASSESSOR.
PREAMBLE: The Assessor feels that for a more efficient
running of his office, the Deputy Assessor should be an
exempt employee; that the creation of this position will
not add a new position within -the Assessor's Department,
but just change the classification of the person who
works directly under the Assessor. ti
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that there is added to the
Exempt Salaries Resolution the position of Deputy Assessor, which
shall be within the Assessor's Department.
Section 1. The salary of the Deputy Assessor shall be
sixty percent (60 %), which shall be ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
SEVENTY DOLLARS and SIXTY -SEVEN CENTS per month.
Section 2. This Resolution is an addition to Resolution
No. 80 -9 dated February 21, 1980.
