THE GOOSEBERRY POINT FERRY TEA "t.liDING.
Preamble: The Enaineer's Offfice has
determined that repairs must - b lade
to the ferry landing at G.,toseberry
Point and therefore, following -t-he
correct procedures, bid invitations
have been sent out and bids have been
e -- e, i v e d. The Purchn3ing Agent, af-tar
Consul-tation with the Engineer's Office,
has determined that a bid received from
Manson Construction & Engineering Co.
in the amount of $74,800.00 is to
be awarded in this matter. Whatcom County
Ordinance No. 79-23, Section 19, requires
County Council approval. of any bid over
$10,000.00;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That the bid submitted by Manson Construction Co.
.n the amount of $ 74,800.00 for work to be done at the
,00seberry Point Ferry Landing is hereby approved by the County
I
,ouncil.
