RESOLUTION NO. 80 -28
IN ACCORDANCE with the provisions of R.C.W. 36.22.100
relating to the cancellation of warrants.
WHEREAS, Revised Code of Washington 36.22 provides that
cancellations of warrants leaves the funds as if such warrants
had never been drawn;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the County Audttor and County
Treasurer be, and they are hereby, directed to cancel and strike
from the records of Whatcom County certain warrants which, though
called by the County Treasurer for payment, have not been pre -
sented within a period of one year from the date of their issuance.
SAID WARRANTS to be cancelled are as follows:
