WHEREAS, the above is property of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington, and the Whatcom County Council., has, by a majority vote, determined that it is for the best interest of the County and the people thereof that said property be sold, due to the fact that it is located in Lynden., rand is of no value to the people of Whatcom County for the foreseeable future. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council. that a public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property be held on the 5th day of June 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at Bell in Washington. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council give ;entice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by Law.
