RESOLUTION 110. 80 -17
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RETROACTIVE SALARY
INCREASES FOR EXEMPT EMPLOYEES.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Whatcom County Council
does approve and authorize the payment of retroactive salary, not
including payment for reclassifications, if the 1981 Exempt
Employees Salary negotiations shall not have been completed by
December 31, 1980. It is the intent of the Whatcom Councy Council
that when said salaries are .finalized in 1981 that they shall be
retroactive to January 1, 1981.
DONE in regular open session this 20th day of March
1980.
