RESOLUTION NO. 80 -16
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER 01, CALLING FOR BIDS
FOR THE OFFICIAL PRINTING FOR WHATCOM COUNTY FOR
THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 1980 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1981
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 36.72 requires that the County Auditor shall
issue a call for bids for doing the official printing of the
County; and
WHEREAS, the law further provides that said bids shall. be
received and considered, and contract shall be awarded by the
Council of Whatcom County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County
Auditor be, and is hereby directed to issue a call for bids for
doing the official county printing of Whatcom County for the year
beginning July 1,. 1980 and ending June 30, 1981, both dates in -_
clusive. Said bids to be received and opened at 10:00 a.m. on
Wednesday, April 30, 1980 in the Council Chambers, second floor,
Whatcom County Courthouse, Bellingham, Washington, by the Auditor
of Whatcom County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that bid award will be made on May 8,
19809 by the Whatcom County Council at 7:30 p.m., or as soon there-
after as possible, in the Council Chambers, second floor, Whatcom
County Courthouse, Bellingham, Washington.
