RESOLUTION NO. 8 0 -1 S
A RESOLUTION REGARDING STREET NAME CHANGE IN THE PLATS OF CENTRAL
GENEVA AND WEST GENEVA.
WHEREAS, 3rd Street in the plats of.Central Geneva and West
Geneva conflicts with a street name in another area within the
Bellingham Postal area, and
WHEREAS, 3rd Street has been also called Whitney St. on some
maps' and
WHEREAS, Whitney St. does not conflict with any other street
names in the area, and
WHEREAS, a portion of previously unimproved 3rd Street has been
recently constructed as a county road, and
WHEREAS, one residence has been built on 3rd St. and the owner_
of that residence does not protest, and is in agreement with the name
"Whitney St. ",
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that 3rd Street in the plats of
Central Geneva and West Geneva be changed to Whitney St.
