IN ACCORDANCE with the provisions of R.C.W. 36.22.1.00
re-

lating to the cancellation of warrants.

WHEREAS, Revised Code of Washington 36.22 provides that
8
cancellations of warrants leaves the fund as if such warrants
had
9
never been drawn;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the County Auditor and County
11
Treasurer be, and they are hereby, directed to cancel and
strike
12
from the records of Whatcom County certain warrants which,
though
13
called by the County Treasurer for payment, have not been
present -
14
ed within a period of one year from the date of their issuance.
