RESOLUTION' NO. 81 -22
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE HEARING ON WHATCOM
COUNTY'S SIX -YEAR COMPREHENSIVE ROAD PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Pursuant to R.C.W. 36.81.121, the Whatco.m County
Council shall prepare a comprehensive road program for the
ensuing six calendar years, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a public hearing of this road program,
the Council shall adopt and file the same with the Director of
Transportation,' and
WHEREAS, a road program for the years 1982 through 1987 has
now been prepared by the County Engineer and submitted to the
Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the date of July 16,
1981 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, be set
for the hearing of Whatcom County's Six -Year Comprehensive Road
Program.
