RESOLUTION NO. 82 -69
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF
AMENDING THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR.NON-
UNION WHATCOM COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR
1983
WHEREAS, A Resolution adopting a salary schedule for non-
union employees was adopted on November 29, 1982, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the County
Executive that through clerical error, a position was not includ-
ed in that shcedule, and
WHEREAS, Tho County Council did budget funds for the
omitted position in its 1983 Budget Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Resolution No
82 -60 titled A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING A SALARY
SCHEDULE FOR THE NON -UNION WHATCOM COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR THE YEAR
OF 1983 be, and hereby is amended to include the following
position and monthly salary:

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that it is their
intention to formally establish.:CRP 38204 for the removal and reconstructions of
the Bertrand Creek Bridge,.No.:47, and to award the contract for said work to
One -Way Construction, Inc,, fox the amount of their bid, as corrected, of
$174,676.50;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that .an appropriation from the .officially adopted
road fund budgot and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the
amounts and for the purposes shown:

Engineering $ 18,000.00
Right of Way Acquisition -0-
Sub -Total $ 18,000.00
Construction 174,676.50 est.
