AN :INTIATING RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE FORMAL ESTABLISHMENT OF CRP 38204,
AND AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BERTRAND CREEK BRIDGE, N0: 47
FEDERAL AID NO. 2Oa7(29), FEDERAL AID CONTRACT N0. SA 0384
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED.by the- Whatcom County.Council that.it is their intention to
formally establish CRP 38204 for the removal and reconstruction of...t.he Bertrand Creek Bridge
No. 47, and.to award..the contract for said work to One -Way Cons tau ct'i:on, Inc.',! for the
amount of their bid, as corrected, of $114,676.50.
