RESOLUTION NO. 82 -56
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF PROVIDING LABOR
RELATIONS CONSULTING SERVICES TO THE BELLINGHAM
WHATCOM COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DISTRICT
IT IS RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that:
1, The Whatcom County Executive is requested and authorized
to enter into a contract with the Bellingham - Whatcom County Public
Health District to provide the District with the labor relations
consulting services of the County Personnel Director.
2. Said contract shall indemnify the County and the Personnel
Director from any liability in connection with the rendering of
such consulting services.
3. Said contract shall provide for compensation to the County
at an hourly rate equivalent to the actual cost of the Personnel
Director's salary and benefits and other directly related expenses.
