RESOLUTION NO. 82 -50
A RESOLUTION OF INTENT IN THE MATTER OF THE VACATION
AND ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD NO. 20;
LAMPMAN ROAD, LOCATED IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH,
RANGE 1 EAST OF W. M.
WHEREAS, a new alignment has been established on a portion of the
County Road No. 20, Lampman Road; and
WHEREAS, that portion of the Lampman Road, running southwesterly from
the Olson Road is no longer of any use in the County Road System, and
WHEREAS, traffic is now flowing south over Olson Road and West over
County Road NO. 409,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that it is the intention of this Council
to vacate and abandon the full width of that portion of County Road No. 20;
Lampman Road, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 39 North, Range 1
East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of County Road No. 20, with the
westerly line of County Road No. 630, (Olson Road), thence south-
westerly along said Road No.. 20 to a point 30 feet north of the south
line of the northeast 1/4 of said Section 35, Township 39 North, Range
1 East, W.M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer shall make a report of
this portion of road and shall file and same with this Council and proceed-
ings for abandonment of this portion of road shall then be carried on in the
manner provided in RCW 36.87.010 through .080.
